Hippopotamus

The Hippopotamus is an incredibly large mammal that feels comfortable on land and in water,it mostly prefers to spend its' time in rivers and lakes. Being one of the largest land mammals right behind the elephant and Rhinoceros, the hippo can weigh as much as 3000 pounds but consumes only up to 100 pounds of food a night to maintain its' weight.
